01

Nishkama Karma

Acting without seeking the fruits (rewards) of action. It neutralizes the psychological loop of craving (raga) and aversion (dvesha) generated by personal expectations.

02

Ego-less Instrumentality

Relinquishing the sense of personal 'doership'. The practitioner learns to view the body-mind as a temporary instrument through which cosmic forces express themselves.
