⚠️
⚠️ CAUTION: Relentless negation can lead to ego-dissolution states that may feel disorienting. Proceed gently and anchor yourself in your daily life if feelings of groundlessness become uncomfortable.
Scope of Investigation
Neti Neti ('not this, not this') is a Vedantic process of negation. By recognizing that you are the subject witnessing objects, you realize you cannot be any object you observe.
Guided Steps & Practice
1
Step 1: Not the Body
Observe the physical body. Since you can observe the body, you are the observer, not the body itself.

2
Step 2: Not the Mind
Observe your thoughts, emotions, and memories. Since you can watch them come and go, you are the observer, not the thoughts themselves.

3
Step 3: Abiding as the Remainder
Once body, mind, senses, and roles are negated, what is left? Abide as the contentless witness consciousness.
