Non-Dual Realization

The Core Inquiry

What is the nature of unified, subject-object-free awareness?

Chat with Sage

Scope of Investigation

Analyzing the state of unified awareness—often described as the absolute dissolution of the subject-object boundary. This node deconstructs this experience not as a mystical, divine achievement for the chosen few, but as a clean psychological and phenomenological shift in perception, comparing Vedanta's Jivanmukti and Buddhism's Nirvana as natural states of the human mind.

01

Jivanmukti (Ego Dissolution)

The non-dual state of living freedom, where the mind operates and coordinates actions normally, but the self-referential ego-identity has dissolved, leaving only the spacious screen of silent, unattached witness consciousness.

02

Nirvana (Cessation of Representation)

In the Buddhist tradition, Nirvana is translated as the 'blowing out' of the fires of craving, aversion, and delusional self-models. Rather than a transcendental heaven, it represents the absolute cessation of the psychological loops that construct the separate ego.
